How do the subscriptions work?

Hi all,

I’m wondering how the subscriptions work in terms of how long you can have one. I’m doing a project and we want to use julius.ai for a month or 2. is it possible to get the lite subscription and cancel after 2 months? or is a subscription always for a certain period of time?

Hi,

Thanks for posting! If you choose the monthly subscription, it will continue each month and can be canceled at any time within the month. You can still use the service until the end of that pay period if you cancel mid-month. Just note that you must cancel within the same month to avoid being charged for the next period. Currently we do not have a system in place to cancel at a specific point within a set time frame, so you’ll need to manually cancel in the month you wish to stop.

Hi, how do you count the monthly subscription?
If I pay for my Lite account today is my first month of subscription until 22 Jan 2025?

Maybe I’m missing it, but when I click on the settings page I cannot find the cancel subscription button. I like the product just don’t have time to use it right now. LMK, thanks.

When y’all go to the subscription page, are you not seeing the ‘cancel’ button on the current subscription you have? For example, this is what mine comes up as.

What are y’all seeing? Also, if you change to a different browser, does it show up?
