Subscription Issue

I subscribed for Julius Lite version last month and I tried to upgrade my account to standard and was not able to do. So I decided to upgrade the next month and left and now I am not even able to use my existing lite version services.
When I contacted help they said that the bank has declined the payment. If that was true how was i able to use Julius Lite version for 15 days.

Have you tried contacting your bank about this issue? If the helpline is telling you it’s related to the bank, then I would investigate that avenue first. If there is something going on with your card, this would also explain why you cannot upgrade if the bank is continuing to decline it. You could try switching to a new card?
The Lite comes with 250 messages, did you happen to use those all up within the first 15 days?

So The problem was not with my bank as well and my money also did not get debited. If I tried to upgrade again I’m sure it was being successful. But i didn’t do so because I was not able to use the left over 100 messages.
I did not use up all my 250 messages i still had a 100 messages left.

There is a lot of glitches in visualization and even when prompt is clear I get an answer that the plot is ready and its not even showing. With this common problem , I believe you should credit the lite version users for the faulty replies as its not fair for me to lose the credit to rectify a glitch in the AI model

from 48 hours julius si down and now one reply
