Paid through Google play store after several attempts of declined card payments

I tried to re-subscribe my plan through stripe link using debit cards and credit cards as well but each time all of my cards declined, finally I made the payment through mobile application via Google play store, which deducted the amount but still julius asking me to upgrade to use it further.I tried reaching through email but my problem hasn’t been resolved yet!

Hello! Is Julius prompting you to upgrade on the mobile app? Or on desktop?
