Subscription Renewal

Disappointed that after subscribing on Nov.26, that I am already asked to pay another 40 dollars for the best package offered. I thought this was a once a month paid service, with unlimited messages if you chose the higher priced option. The sad part is, this outperforms most AI out there and I tried to pay again. It won’t even allow me to pay again so I can continue to use the service, would love to pay again so I can continue work.

I am currently on a standard plan that i cannot access at the moment and each time I am being taken to the upgrade page. I would love to have an explanation for why this is so.
