Cheated by Julius AI - can't access the account after subscription ( Essential)

Hi ,
I have subscribed for the Essential package from mobile. I still don’t have the access to Julius AI essential and it throws me out showing a screen to re- subscribe. When contacted the team, Joe responded that they could not find my subscription. I have subscribed to several tools and this ( Julius AI)is the only platform which denies receiving payment for subscription. The play store screenshot shared clearly shows , that I have subscribed for it.

Everyone wants to earn huge amount of money but is this the way you do it. Why it is so impossible to be trustworthy

We had an issue over the last few days where some subscriptions could not be found in our system. This has now been resolved, and your subscription should be functional.

Joe I am getting charged for the standard plan but it is still showing FREE and i have been a customer for months and using Julius standard just fine. I believe there is a bug right now affecting customers. I sent an email to team@julius.com with the screenshots. Can you please help?
