Pro plan - Subscription Issue

I recently subscribed to the Julius Pro version, but I am still seeing the app showing as the “FREE” version. Despite having completed the subscription process, the app does not reflect my Pro status.

Could you please assist in resolving this? It seems like there may be a bug affecting users, preventing the Pro version from being properly recognized after the subscription is activated.

Here are a few details that might help you investigate:

  • I have successfully subscribed and received confirmation of the Pro version.
  • The app continues to show the “FREE” version with limited features, rather than unlocking the Pro features.
  • I have checked for updates and restarted the page, but the issue persists.

Same. i subscribed to Pro plan but it displays as Lite version
