Subscription page doesnt load, cant upgrade to next tier

I seem to have run out of prompts and want to move up to the next level, but the subscription page under Account/Billing seems to be stuck here and won’t load properly. As such I can’t choose anything or move forward with the process.

Maybe someone can help me here? Also, same problem continues after clearing cache and cookies; as well as trying Chrome, Opera, Safari, Firefox.

We had some server issues this morning. We believe we’ve identified the issue and deployed a fix. Most systems appear to be back up but continuing to monitor.
