I seem to have run out of prompts and want to move up to the next level, but the subscription page under Account/Billing seems to be stuck here and won’t load properly. As such I can’t choose anything or move forward with the process.
We had some server issues this morning. We believe we’ve identified the issue and deployed a fix. Most systems appear to be back up but continuing to monitor.
Same problem here. I tried to contact Julius via email but never received any reply or helps at all. I tried to upgrade to Standard Plan from the Start one but no way, page doesnt load and not able to pay for the plan upgrade at all. Please help to fix. Thank you all.
Are you on the app or website when you try and upgrade? I’ve found that sometimes the app does not allow you to, so I switch to the website and it allows me to ‘upgrade’ or ‘downgrade’.
If you’re on the website, which browser are you using? If you change the browser does it load? Also, do you have a add blocker on, because I sometimes find that when I had one on, it sometimes affected Julius for some reason.

Actually, I m on the web site, not on the App. I m using Firefox latest version, never tried with a different broswer such as Chrome, Opera and so on so, I cant tell you more about it. I also tried to change some browser settings too but do not work as well. I ll try again to change more settings and see what will happen after all. About ad blocker, may be, need to check. I tried to contact Julius Team/Support by email (twice), but any reply or answer at all. I just need to upgrade my plan to the Standard one but, no way, cant do this at the moment. Who knows?! The Mistery of the AI.

I tried again and again and again to access to Julius>Account but it seams to me I cant pay for the plan upgrade at all.
The story.
I started with the Basic plan to try your service, paid for it then used all 250 messages.
At that point, I stopped the auto-renewal for the Basic Plan because interested to pay for the upgrade, the Standard Plan without messages limitation (one month).
Going to the Account page (where I can upgrade/pay for the plan/subscription), the page doesnt load anymore.
I tried all the way, all settings, Firefox, Chrome etc… no way, the page doesnt load and I m unable to pay for the Standard Plan.
Can you help me?

Hey everyone we found the issue. Upgrades/downgrades have a bug for any subscriptions not in USD. We’re sorry about this. I’m currently working on a fix and update to unblock you guys
