Julius has been crashing lately

In the last 5 days, Julius has been constantly failing, not recognizing files, needing to be restarted, and every 2 queries it is necessary to refresh the page because the system fails.

Hi Carlos,

What browser/operating system are you getting the crashes on? Do you have any extensions? If you can submit a ticket from the conversation that’s crashing we can troubleshoot further there by gathering more technical details,

huh I’ve never experienced this in all the times I’ve used Julius. could it be an issue with your wifi?

Hi Matt,

No I dont use any extension. im using te Stock version, and when it was free , ran smooth no issues. Now im paying and has become a nightmare. its a spectacular asset but need to be reliable.

i do use Julius At home and my desktop office. BOth scenarios are the same.

Hi Carlos,

Have you tried using incognito mode with the browser you are working with? I often use incognito mode, so cache issues don’t happen, but I haven’t encountered any problems lately.
