Same here.. i have been trying all day. It is just stuck on connecting mode and wont upload any files
Have been trying as well for a couple of hours. Would be nice to received a notice from Julius Admin.
Taking a look - if you go to where it’s not able to connect and reset your server does that fix it?
We’ve identified the issue impacting some of the older sandboxes and deployed a fix. The error rate was just below our alerting threshold (because the newer ones weren’t impacted) so we didn’t catch it through automated monitoring. Improving the granularity there on our alerting system.

Our authentication provider, auth0, is currently experiencing widespread outages. Working to figure out what’s going on there.

For some reason I can’t upload any files or it’s in “no-code” mode, and it’s just repeating the previous chat prompt. Is this related?
