Free Subscription and Unauthorized charge

Hi everyone,
I need support to cancel my free subscription and the right way to contact the billing department. I have subscribed for free 2 days ago and I have a surcharge of $27 in my credit card. The subscription was supposed to be for a trial period without any charge. I wrote a couple emails attaching pictures of this transaction to the Julius Team, but I haven’t heard about them.

Do you know how to cancel the account and ask to refund my money?

To my knowledge we don’t offer free trials and the billing should be clear that it’s going to charge you when you check out. Where did you see that we offer a free trial?
