They refused access to choosing between chatGPT-4 and Claude-3. I have paid for my subscription which has not expired. They are telling me to upgrade before I can switch between the two. I have paid for the services which expire by 15th of May.
Just seeing this. Can you check that you’re logged in with the same account that you have a subscription? If you go to Julius AI | Your AI Data Analyst does it show an active subscription? You can email team@julius.ai if it’s still having issues and we can troubleshoot more in depth.
