Unable to switch between chatGPT-4 and Claud-3

They refused access to choosing between chatGPT-4 and Claude-3. I have paid for my subscription which has not expired. They are telling me to upgrade before I can switch between the two. I have paid for the services which expire by 15th of May.

Please help.

Please why am I denied access and asked to upgrade. And my subscription is yet to expire. Why am I treated this way?

Have you tried clearing cache and refreshing?

No please. How do I do the cache cleaning?

I think you click on files here:

And then click on the clicking here section when it comes up:


Try that and see what happens? It resets your session so maybe that would help? Or try closing out and opening up Julius chat again.

Just seeing this. Can you check that you’re logged in with the same account that you have a subscription? If you go to Julius AI | Your AI Data Analyst does it show an active subscription? You can email team@julius.ai if it’s still having issues and we can troubleshoot more in depth.
