The model keeps thinking and does not provide any outputs
If this persists, I will cancel my subscriptions because the service seems so disappointing!!

Can you contact team@julius.ai with the URL where it’s happening? Also, if you reset your server does it fix it? Looking at how we can better show when there’s code still running that’s blocking your AI from doing things.
I am having the same issue. even 1 plus 1 doesn’t compute

Thank you for your reply. Resetting the server seems to help. However, I was wondering if this is a bug for your product, it would be much nicer to fix it instead of asking people to reset the servers. Or, at least, announce it clearly that your server has these limitations and needs such actions from time to time. This way, the users have the opportunity to decide to continue using your products or just find an alternative!
