Poor Connection to Julius AI

Sometimes, there is poor connection to the Julius AI, makes it impossible to use. I want to know is there anyone else encountering the same problem? Does Julius have poor server or is it poor connection in Mainland China?

same in germany… is it like a known issue, e.g., server maintenance weekly ?

I’m also getting an “Unable to connect to server” error. I emailed the team at team@julius.ai. Once I hear back from them, I’ll let everyone know their answer. I suspect there’s some system-wide issue.

I’m curious whether people find this to be a common occurrence. I just signed up for a Standard subscription yesterday, and the tool works beautifully (a few bugs here and there, but nothing that can’t be worked around).

i have emailed them thrice since the past 3 hours, still no reply…

Same problem here too (in the UK). They’re a small team on the West coast so I suspect they’re not able to do 24 hour support. They’ll pick it up when business hours begin.
