Julius Team never reply to my email on account recovery

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the repeated emails requesting assistance in recovering my account for the past several weeks. Despite my repeated attempts to contact you, no one has yet addressed my case, which has resulted in disruptions to my work flow.

As a result of this ongoing issue, I would like to request that I be unsubscribed from Julius AI immediately. I am unable to access my account to manage my subscription, and I would appreciate it if you could terminate my account on my behalf.
