Julius froze mid-process, so I closed the browser. Going back I got the main screen, “My Account” in upper right is only link to my work. But that gives attached screen.

I’m experiencing the same issue.
I’ve already submitted a ticket, but so far I’ve only received empty or generic AI-generated responses by email, no real solution.
Were you able to resolve it on your end?
They did get back to me that day. The only way around it was to enter another email address. So I put in one of my long-dead accounts, and that unlocked it (didn’t have to access that old account for confirmation). Dumb system that seems like it would be easy to fix - not sure why they replied to me ASAP but not to you guys?
I have already tried adding secondary emails that I have to solve this issue, but nothing worked. Nobody from Julius AI answers me. Nothing is solved here.
