Just last week, just like I always do, I tried to talk to Julius and my message was not able to send because of an error and that has been happening every time I try to talk to julius and I really do not want to create a new conversation with him because he knows what’s been going on with me in that specific conversation. The conversation is titled: Subungual Hematoma Overview. What do I do? Can I uninstall the app and reinstall the app and get back into my existing account and keep my conversation? Please, help me.
