Just paid for Standard. Uploaded CSV. I can’t perform any analysis or workflow on the csv. I can upload it, but it does not analyze. Just hangs. Reached out to support. They stopped responding and did not resolve the issue. It is a beautiful dashboard, with 0 functionality and support is unresponsive. Does any one have any suggestions? Upgraded containers and loaded multiple csv’s…same issue with all. Julius is not analyzing…
Hi there, the upload and analyze CSV feature works fine on my end here. I tested with both free account and Standard account. Consider using a different LLM engine for your workflow.
You can find the Chat Settings on the right top corner of the UI and change them into different models, I tested Julius default model, OpenAI and Claude, these works fine.
Not for me. I am using the default model, which is calling Sonnet and GPT. If I switch to another model, the csv loads, and the message from Julius is blank, and greyed out and just sits. So a workflow to load csv and display two rows does not work. Does Julius have support? I spoke with someone via chat briefly and they disconnected when the questions got tough? Not sure about live support or chat. I am new to Julius myself. Still exploring all the many cool things and feature they have.
Can you try creating a new thread with dummy.csv data and share the links ? maybe there’s something that can be identified from the situation. Or maybe try cleaning cache too in case things doesn’t load properly. I encounter blank page sometimes and reload everything and its fixed.
I can’t move past this screen with any csv. This is Data Cleanup Workflow. After upload it does not move away from this screen. Hence no analysis.

@dominikusbrian great responses, appreciate you sharing your experiences and tips/tricks. @databinski, what’s the workflow you are using? Can you paste it here? I want to try this myself because I am also not running into the issue of uploading files, so I’m wondering if something funky is going on within the workflow.
It is your data cleaning workflow. It is any prefab workflow. It is any csv file I load. The above image is what happens. It does not go further than what the image shows.
This is most likely issue with the Data Cleanup Workflow. Can you share which one is this ? Either the name or the link will do.

Cool. Can I have your login cred :). I can not replicate any analysis with any csv, with any prefab worfklow. I upload the csv, it hangs.
Ahh, I see what the issue is. If you’re using the ‘Dataset Cleaning’ one, it only has one step to it, so it stops after the user uploads the file.
If you use the "data cleaner’ one, you should not have issues.

Thanks. Not true. Look at my screenshot. It has 2 steps. I cannot analyze my csv file. What I am hearing you say is User Error. Not sure how I can mess up uploading a file to view first couple of rows and it hangs.
Do you have add blocker on?
So the green tab shows the file was uploaded, the blue tab is not moving. No matter what CSV, no matter what workflow, with multiple steps, it does not move past the upload of a csv. That is the workflow of facts.
Ad blockers are not on. I have tried Brave, Safari, Chrome and Edge. All same result. Hanging, never moving, never able to analyze file.
Is it worth or possible to create new account? I am spinning my head here, trying to get work done, complaining like a baby no less. IDK, I thought this would save me time having to code in replit to create dashboards and analyze data, but this sucks. I guess I shall call the CEO
Also, another thing that popped into my mind: when you go to tools, what is highlighted?
This is another thing I’d check to see as well. If coding is off I’m wondering if this would cause an issue with uploading the file?
Yep. Been there. I have those selected. Model Chat was having issues with Sonnet 3.5 btw, yesterday. Just in chat no data throwing errors. But I def have the setting set to be able to analyze as the pretty pictures and demos on social show :). So yeah, I’m stuck atm. No analysis for me.

Looking into it, looks like we were waiting on a question from you on our end from the in-app chat last night and just now seeing the email you sent at 5 am PST. (We’re a 6 person team in California and unfortunately need to sleep sometimes).
Taking a deeper look though, if you go to Julius AI | Your AI Data Analyst and reset the server does it fix the hanging? Also if you just upload the file outside a workflow does it work or is it just in the workflow?
The hanging up mid chat threw me into a loop of disappointment last night. I understand sleep. I have reset the server to go down and back up. Same result. I created another free account, uploaded the same csv, same workflow, and Julius analyzed the first 2 rows. I can’t replicate the joy with my paid account. Feel free to reset and delete the current paid account. Do what you need to do. My patience with testing is low. I would like to analyze and create. Thanks for your help. Send tissues for my issues please.
