Service not working for Standard Members

Hi all,
Julius finally offers the service that we pay for? I have become a Standard member and I cannot attach any screenshot or file.
It looks like scam service.

We’ve identified a common theme in the people reporting loss of premium access related to setting up a teams account but then not transitioning fully. If you created a team, you’ll have moved to the team account. In the bottom left of the left sidebar, there may be a dropdown beneath your username with a team name; if you click on that to switch to your personal account does that resolve it?

We recently fixed a bug which was giving access to paid features to people on teams regardless of whether or not the team was paid so it’s only now becoming an issue. We’re updating the UI to give better instructions on resolving this / seeing if we can automatically switch to personal when on an unpaid team (although since this impacts teams files we don’t want to automatically do it for everyone).

Hello! This is an issue related to using our old sandbox system. To resolve, you can upgrade to the new sandboxes. To do this, please click the sandbox connection button in the upper left corner and then ‘reset’. Please note that this will delete uploaded files, so please download any files that you want to save, and you can then re-upload them to the new sandboxes.
