Hi community,
For as long as I have been using Julius (around a couple months), Julius always runs into an issue with installing and recalling the glmmTMB and DHARMa packages. Once it finally gets resolved, we move on. But if I take any sort of break (even just a couple of hours or less) and return to models requiring the glmmTMB package, it runs into the error again and has to troubleshoot installing the package.
It’s really becoming a frustration as it is slowing the analysis down and tends to throw a kink in the tasks laid out in the plan. For some reason, for these packages, it takes ages for it to install. And frequently, Julius times out while trying to install them, requiring me to initiate the prompt again. Sometimes the install is not successful and it uses an alternative package, which would be fine except some of my models require the glmmTMB over the glmer.
I would really like to know if there is anything I can do to resolve this issue. If there is a way to have the packages stay installed so I don’t run into this issue everyday or multiple times a day. Many thanks!
