I’m trying to handle mass spec data through Julius, but it is really struggling to download the mzR package it needs in order to process the data using R. Any ideas why this might be or a work around that might work? I’m currently running scripts on Rstudio on my computer and then using Julius for help with debugging the code, but it would be easier to do this debugging entirely on Julius.

You can try forcing Julius to download it by saying, ‘use mamba to install mzR package’. Let me know if this works.
