I’ve been a subscriber to Julius for several months now. Today I have discovered that the R code is no longer supported. The ability to run the R code was the sole reason for me to purchase the subscription. Now I’m stuck with unfinished project that should be delivered in two weeks time. Do you care to explain how you treat your customers in such circumstances?
We still support R, what error message is it giving you?
Oh, the toggle does seem to be gone.
It looks like it got moved into the container health menu, checking why
The code will only be run in Python, not R. When asking Julius for the reason it returns: “R-run is no longer enabled on this platform due to changes in operational reliability and system policy.” I was looking for the old toggle where one could switch between R and Python, but it is gone.
Where can one find “container health menu” ?
The container health in the top left, we’re moving it back out to where it was before though.
Matt, thank you for saving my nerves. Appreciate it. I really though I had lost all my work, and overreacted. But this is perhaps expected, since I’ve used around 3-4 hours to try to make python reprocess my R-code today. Let’s hope the R code will be there in the future.
