We experienced a service disruption today starting at 2:30 AM PST (UTC-7) that affected our platform’s availability due to an issue with the automatic renewal of our SSL certificates.

Our engineering team has implemented a temporary fix that has restored primary functionality to our platform.Our team is actively working to fully resolve the underlying root causes.

Our web app is now fully operational, and we are currently working to restore our mobile applications. We understand any disruption to your work is frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are continuing to monitor related issues.

We broke our temporary fix but we believe it’s resolved now but it may take time to propagate to different regions.

Still receiving “Network Error” when attempting to analyze datasets. It starts to do the workload then errors 100% of the time.

We’ve identified a further set of issues which we have deployed the fix for and are continuing to monitor. We’re continuing to work on the native app fix as well.
