So, why I paid if the service is limited???

Hello, I discovered Julius by chance after being disappointed with the services of ChatGPT. After a few test questions, I was able to ask it to analyze my site and provide a summary, which was quite good. Very quickly, I noticed that the free version was limited, especially for importing files. So, I purchased the “Lite” plan to send files to Julius for data analysis and documents translations. First observation, it no longer has access to my site and cannot analyze anything, whereas it was possible with the free version… Secondly, I realized the impossibility of getting a complete summary of a large file. So, I gave up. Recently, I had to translate a 14-page document and found that file uploads were truncated! Only 2 of 14 pages are actually uploaded, and the analysis or translation is only done on this 2 pages… The situation is the same for copy-pasting, which is also truncated! Therefore, it is NOT possible to work with Julius even with the Lite plan… I would like to know if this scam is the same on all plans, if you mention it in the terms of use, and if it is possible to use Julius without all these limitations that greatly hinder the tool’s usefulness and the honesty of the company behind it.

  1. When you mention not having access to the site, do you mean you’re unable to log in to your account or access Julius in general?
  2. Can you describe how you’re prompting Julius to analyze your documents? Are you uploading a complete document and asking for a summary, or are you breaking it down and summarizing it page by page?

Julius can’t analyse any documents because the systeme limit automaticly the volume of data.

So, are you upset about large text being converted into images? I believe some other AI companies such as Anthropic also do this when users upload a large amount of text. I think it has to do with making the experience in the UI less choppy. Like the message says, it also helps improve the AI’s readability of the text.
