Resetting Your Container:
This action clears all files within your container as well as the RAM. If you want to completely reset the workspace and clear the system memory, this is the place to do it.
I am having trouble downloading CSV files from my file folder. When i click on the link directly from Julius, it says the file cant be found. However, i see it in the folder, but i just get the downloading icon that stalls:

So other questions for troubleshooting: Are you still experiencing this issue? Does it continue to happen if you reset your server and start a new chat?
Yea still having the same issue downloading files from the file category. I can see them, and the AI deposits them there. Tried refreshing, switched from Edge to Chrome, login/logout etc. I can download from BOX.com so not sure if the issue is the browser.
