How to upgrade your subscription

Ran out of free messages and need to upgrade your account? This guide will show you how to systematically upgrade your subscription and access your invoices and payments.


Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Navigate to your Profile

To access your subscription, you have to first navigate to your profile. This is located in the lower left corner of the panel.

In the image above, my profile is highlighted in the red box.

Step 2: Accessing Settings and Subscriptions

Directly above your profile, you’ll find two options: ‘Account & Billing’ and ‘Log Out’ (shown below).

Click on the ‘Account & Billing’’ icon. This will bring you to a page that looks like this:

Step 3: Downgrading or Upgrading

From here you can choose to either ‘downgrade’ or ‘upgrade’ your subscription by clicking on the plan of your choice:
