How to Manage your Payment Methods

Want to change your current payment method? This guide will show you how to navigate to your subscription and access your invoices and payments in Julius.


Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Navigate to your Profile

To access your subscription, you have to first navigate to your profile. This is located in the lower left corner of the panel.

In the image above, my profile is highlighted in the red box.

Step 2: Accessing Settings and Subscriptions

Directly above your profile, you’ll find two options: ‘Account & Billing’ and ‘Log Out’ (shown below).

Click on the ‘Account & Billing’’ icon. This will bring you to a page that looks like this:

Step 3: Invoices and Payment Methods

From here, navigate to the ‘Invoices & Payment Methods’ (shown below):

This will allow you to change your current payment method by clicking on the ‘Add payment method’.

You can also update your information by selecting ‘Update Information’ and view your invoices (shown below):

I’m unable to see billing information tab. (Invoices & Payment Methods). Please help
