Having Problem with image uploading

I emailed the Julius.ai help email but was not sure if I should ask on here as well. Recently I have been having problems with image analysis. When I upload an image it just keeps saying “I can not directly analyze the image” and it tries to give me a link for a “code snippet” to run it through. But even the most basic images it keeps saying this. I tried to use an image I uploaded two months ago that it was able to analyze then but it no longer works. I was just wondering if there was a way to reset it or what I should do. Im also paying for the full version so I know it is not because it is the free version. Thank you!!
