I created a chart and then downloaded it in both PDF and PNG formats. When I opened them, they were only blank white images. Does the free service not allow downloads?
It should? What happens if you ask for a link to the image? I’m wondering if it just did not create it. If you still do not get the image after this, ask it to recreate it again.
