Random files appeared in My Files

I logged in today for the first time in awhile and there were some random files in the My Files section that I did not create. Any idea where they came from?

requirements_main1.txt
requirements_main2.txt
requiremend_helper_requirements.txt

Those are from setting up the container that we provisioned to run the code in, we just upgraded them and missed deleting some of the files that created it.
