I just signed up today and created my first workflow. The first time it ran, it did a pretty good job doing what I asked. However it wasn’t quite right. I have continued to modify and improve the workflow. Now when I try to run the workflow, it runs and then errors out to update to 32 GBs of Ram which is what I signed up for initially. I am confused, where do I go for help?

Can you reach out to us at team@julius.ai so we can troubleshoot more? Otherwise, there are several factors that can lead to high RAM usage depending on what you’re doing - if you go to Julius AI | Your AI Data Analyst and do a factory reset, that might clear out any runs you have open as well.

Thank you for responding to my issue. I will not be able to respond to team@julius.ai until tomorrow. I am tied up on other matters until then. I also want to try to run the workflow again with some modifications to see if 1) I can get the output in the format I want and 2) see if it stills gives me the error message.
