Hi all! My julius software has been having issues with uploading files in the programme as it gets stuck. How can i overcome this issue? please advise.

If your files are very big in size, you will find trouble in julius. Can you tell me in details what sort of problem you are facing, is it like stopping at the middle or not uploading the files?
