I cannot complete any of my work. File upload isn’t working.

Hi,

We had an issue with the service that updates the sandbox after upgrading, we’re pushing a fix now.

Its not working again since monday 6am…its now tuesday 11pm where i am. the original issue was fixed but the reccurrence has not been fixed. i have also mailed but didnt get a reply.
