I currently serve as the Managing Director of Institutional Research at Relay Graduate School of Education. I also currently teach doctoral research courses and chair dissertations for Abilene Christian University as an adjunct. I formerly served as a secondary classroom teacher, school district curriculum director, school board member, and mostly as a university professor training teachers and school leaders. My primary research interests include digital learning and professional learning. I served as a contracted external program evaluator for numerous federally grant funded projects.
